2024 Participants - Key dates pre-event

Here are some key dates on your journey towards the 2024 Cape Wrath Ultra® - and details on what help you can expect from us along the way:

July 2023

We will ask you for your first instalment payment of £450 - due by 1st August 2023

We will ask you for your second instalment payment of £450 - due by 1st October 2023

We will ask you for your third instalment payment of £450 - due by 1st December 2023

Tent allocation opens, i.e. who you would like to share a tent with.

We will be in touch to send you the following:

Also, we will ask you for your final instalment payment of £450 - due by 1st February 2024

We will be in touch with some good advice on clothing, equipment and tips from our medical team on how to look after yourself.

We will also need the (important) following info from you:

Baggage transfer service for international participants – I.e. If you would like to book this service (more info in our Logistics ahead of the start FAQ)
Start wave - what time you would like to start on Day 1 of the. event

We will also ask you to check that your medical details, dietary requirements and transportation requirements are correct.

- checkpoints, cut-offs and course closure times
- retirements
- supporters
- river crossings
